Hyd. Lift System

The KW HLS (Hydraulic Lift System) is designed to lift vehicles with low ground clearance to clear obstacles such as speed bumps, railroad crossings, and steep driveways. It can be activated from inside the vehicle via an LED switch or optional remote, even while driving (up to 50 mph). The system provides up to 45mm (1.5 inches) of lift in 4-5 seconds. It consists of high-quality, durable aluminum cylinder units that are sealed for corrosion and dirt resistance. The HLS system does not negatively affect the driving dynamics of the coilover system as the hydraulic rams remain rigid in both elevated and lowered positions. This system is a vehicle-specific solution and includes all necessary parts for installation, such as hydraulic lines and a hydraulic pump. It can be combined with factory suspension or KW coilovers, depending on the vehicle and application.
