Hyd. Lift System

The KW HLS (Hydraulic Lift System) allows vehicles with low ground clearance to safely navigate obstacles. At the push of a button, the system hydraulically lifts the vehicle by up to 45 mm, either at the front axle or both axles, preventing damage to aerodynamic components, underbody, or oil sump. The HLS 4 system lifts the entire vehicle, with hydraulic cylinders installed between the spring plate and springs of each KW strut. It is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without a KW coilover kit. Includes all necessary installation parts: hydraulic lines and a vehicle-adapted hydraulic pump. Driving dynamics are unaffected as the static hydraulic rams remain rigid in both elevated and lowered positions. A control unit connects to the vehicle's on-board electronics, automatically lowering the vehicle to its original suspension level at a certain speed.
