The PHP Hydra Chip is a performance programmer designed for 7.3 Powerstroke trucks from 1994-2003. It features 17 total memory slots, including 15 user-selectable tuning presets, a No-Start position, and a Module Bypass for diagnostics or emissions testing. The included LED switchbox displays the active preset and allows for on-the-fly adjustments.
