Description

The Gates G20645-0612 is a female DIN 24-degree cone swivel coupling designed for light series applications with an O-ring. Its innovative two-piece design allows for fast, customized assemblies by eliminating the need for skiving, thereby reducing assembly time, labor, and potential contamination.

Key features include a bite-the-wire crimp for enhanced coupling retention and testing to one million impulse cycles at 250°F. The coupling is coated with TuffCoat plating, offering significantly improved corrosion resistance compared to SAE standards. It is machined from unleaded steel bar stock and is capable of handling working pressures up to 6,000 psi.
