Description

The Gates G20165-1216 is a hydraulic coupling/adapter designed for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. It can be used with all Gates MegaSys four- and six-spiral wire hose up to 6,000 psi. The coupling features a two-piece, no-skive design that reduces assembly time and potential contamination.

This coupling offers superior performance, including a "Bite-the-wire" crimp for enhanced retention and testing to 1,000,000 impulse cycles. It has a temperature capability of +250°F and environmentally-friendly TuffCoat plating for improved corrosion resistance.
