The Crower 60919 is a Pontiac hydraulic flat tappet camshaft designed for street/strip applications. It provides strong upper midrange to top-end power with a noticeable idle. The camshaft is recommended for 428-455 Pontiac engines manufactured between 1955 and 1981.

The Crower 60919 Ultra Beast camshaft is a performance-oriented hydraulic flat tappet camshaft engineered for Pontiac V8 engines. This camshaft is compatible with a wide range of Pontiac V8 engine sizes, including 287, 301, 316, 341, 350, 370, 389, 400, 421, and 455 cubic inches, for model years 1955 through 1981. Key specifications include an advertised intake duration of 304 degrees and exhaust duration of 316 degrees, with duration at 0.050 lift measuring 231 degrees intake and 240 degrees exhaust. The valve lift for both intake and exhaust is .470 inches. For optimal performance and reliability, a compression ratio of 9.0:1 or higher is recommended, along with a torque converter with a stall speed of 2400 RPM or greater. It is crucial to note that stock (O.E.) valve springs cannot be used with this camshaft, and appropriate aftermarket valve springs are required.
