HyJet V is formulated to provide excellent low and high-temperature flow properties, ensuring precise hydraulic system control and response even during extended range or polar flights. This contributes to longer equipment life within the aircraft's hydraulic systems. Additionally, the fluid offers robust rust protection, minimizing the risk of equipment damage from water contamination, and exhibits excellent deposit control for sustained system performance and reduced maintenance. This hydraulic fluid also boasts a low density, which contributes to reduced aircraft weight, leading to decreased fuel consumption and lower operating expenses. It meets stringent Boeing BMS 3-11 and SAE AS1241 Type IV and Type V requirements, offering improved flammability characteristics. Furthermore, HyJet V demonstrates improved protection against electro-chemical corrosion (erosion), safeguarding critical components like servo valves and pumps. It is fully compatible with all approved Type IV and Type V phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, providing flexibility for airline operators.
