The Trail-Gear Toyota Full Hydraulic Steering Kit provides a comprehensive solution for converting your vehicle to a fully hydraulic steering system. The pump in this kit features an all-steel housing and delivers 4.5 GPM of flow at 1650 PSI of pressure. High-pressure hoses are constructed with steel braiding and feature crimped-on ends for durability. This system is well-suited for use with links and is compatible with most leaf spring setups. Important considerations include the fluid type: never use ATF fluid or a semi-synthetic blend, as this will void the warranty; standard power steering fluid or a full synthetic is acceptable. If you are using a Rock Assault 9 Front Axle Housing, a 10.0-inch ram is required for your steering setup. This kit is designed for the front of the vehicle and includes a 6.0-inch double-ended ram. The kit includes a full hydraulic steering pump with pulley, tie rod kit, double-ended ram mounting kit, steering column, orbital mounting kit, reservoir with filter, reservoir bracket, cooler, power steering belt, complete hose kit, and all necessary hardware. It is backed by a 12-month limited warranty.
