The Hydroshield is UV resistant, puncture resistant, and can stop contaminants down to .005”. Its elasticity allows it to return to its original shape after servicing. The Hydroshield diverts damaging contaminants that can clog air filters and compromise airflow and horsepower output. It also extends the time between air filter servicing intervals. The product has dimensions of 6.5" Base x 8.0" Tall x 5.5" Top and fits Injen air filters X-1022 and X-1050.

The Injen Hydroshield (1038BLK) is an accessory designed to work with Injen air filters, including their SuperNano-Web and 8-Layer oiled cotton gauze models. Constructed from a proprietary base media and treated with a hydrophobic water-repellent finish, this Hydroshield offers robust protection. It boasts UV resistance, puncture resistance, and the capability to filter contaminants down to .005 microns. The material also features elasticity, allowing it to regain its original shape after maintenance, ensuring a consistent fit. By diverting damaging contaminants before they reach your primary air filter, the Injen Hydroshield helps prevent clogs that can reduce airflow and horsepower. This protective layer extends the service intervals for your air filter, leading to reduced maintenance costs and an overall improved user experience. Its dimensions are approximately 6.5 inches at the base, 8.0 inches in height, and 5.5 inches at the top, with direct fitment confirmed for Injen air filters X-1022 and X-1050.
