The Injen Hydroshield (1038BLK) is an accessory designed to work with Injen air filters, including their SuperNano-Web and 8-Layer oiled cotton gauze models. Constructed from a proprietary base media and treated with a hydrophobic water-repellent finish, this Hydroshield offers robust protection. It boasts UV resistance, puncture resistance, and the capability to filter contaminants down to .005 microns. The material also features elasticity, allowing it to regain its original shape after maintenance, ensuring a consistent fit. By diverting damaging contaminants before they reach your primary air filter, the Injen Hydroshield helps prevent clogs that can reduce airflow and horsepower.
