The Injen Hydroshield (1031BLK) is a black pre-filter engineered to improve the performance and longevity of compatible air filters, including Injen's SuperNano-Web and 8-layer oiled cotton gauze models. Constructed from a proprietary base media and treated with a hydrophobic water-repellent coating, this Hydroshield offers enhanced protection for your air filter. Key features of the Hydroshield include UV resistance, the ability to capture contaminants as small as 0.005 inches, and puncture resistance. Its elastic properties ensure it retains its shape for easy installation and servicing.
