The laminated non-pressed pulp paper cone is paired with an EPDM surround, providing enhanced control even at extreme temperatures. This Hyper 200 Series subwoofer is rated at 300 watts RMS and can handle up to 900 watts MAX, making it capable of producing powerful low-end frequencies. It boasts a wide frequency response range of 30-500 Hz and a sensitivity of 87 dB @ 1w/1m. The unit is equipped with a substantial 48 oz magnet and a single 4-ohm, 2-inch voice coil. Installation considerations include 8-gauge nickel-plated input terminals and specific mounting dimensions: a depth of 118mm (4.65 inches) and a through-hole diameter of 233mm (9.17 inches). The overall diameter of the subwoofer is 270mm (10.63 inches).
