Overview

The Rev9 Hyper-Street II coilover kit is a suspension upgrade designed for the MINI Cooper Hatchback R50/R53 models from 2002-2008. It features mono-tube shocks with steel alloy bodies and 32 levels of rebound force adjustment. The kit allows for independent adjustment of spring tension and ride height to customize stiffness and lower the vehicle. Spring rates are 6 kg/mm (336 lbs/inch) for both front and rear.

The Rev9 Hyper-Street II coilover kit is a direct replacement suspension upgrade for the MINI Cooper Hatchback (R50/R53) models manufactured between 2002 and 2006. This system is engineered with mono-tube shocks, offering a larger capacity for gas and oil, which contributes to a more comfortable ride quality typically found in lowered vehicles. The standout feature is the 32 distinct clicks of valving, allowing users to precisely adjust the rebound force to their preference. Constructed with full steel alloy and aluminum hardware, these coilovers are built for durability. The design incorporates independent spring tension and full-length adjustability. This allows for a lowered vehicle stance without compromising the spring's tension, thereby maintaining ride comfort. The independent spring tension feature enables custom stiffness adjustments without altering the vehicle's ride height. It is important to note that a wheel spacer may be required for factory wheels or certain aftermarket wheel and tire combinations.
