Overview

The Rev9 Hyper Street II coilover kit is designed for the BMW 5-Series (E34) RWD models from 1989-1995. This kit features 32 clicks of damping adjustment and includes adjustable camber plates for the front upper mounts and rubber upper mounts for the rear. The spring rates are 8kgf/mm for the front and 6kgf/mm for the rear. The height adjustment range allows for approximately a 1" to 3" drop.

The Rev9 Hyper Street II coilover kit offers a balance of comfort and performance, making it suitable for daily driving. These coilovers feature 32 levels of damping adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune your suspension's response. The front upper mounts are adjustable camber plates, providing further tuning capabilities, while the rear utilizes rubber upper mounts for a balance of comfort and durability. This kit is specifically designed for BMW 5-Series E34 RWD models produced between 1989 and 1995, requiring the 61mm front strut housing. It is a weld-in kit, meaning it necessitates cutting the factory front strut housings and welding the new threaded sleeves into place. Professional welding and installation are highly recommended. Crucially, this coilover kit does NOT fit 525iX (AWD) models or vehicles equipped with the factory self-leveling suspension (SLS) or air suspension systems. The front spring rate is 8kgf/mm, and the rear spring rate is 6kgf/mm. The height adjustment range allows for approximately a 1" drop from maximum height to a maximum drop of about 3". Rev9 has tested these springs for durability, compressing them over 600,000 times with a distortion rate of only 0.04%. A 6-month warranty is included when purchased through an Authorized Rev9 Dealer like Redline360.
