The Sealed Power H534CP40 pistons are constructed from hypereutectic aluminum, offering a durable and reliable solution for demanding engine builds. Each piston features a flat top design with four valve reliefs to accommodate camshaft lift. The specifications include a 3.776-inch (95.910mm) bore diameter, a 5.700-inch rod length, and a stock engine stroke type. The compression height is 1.560 inches, and the pistons are weight-matched to within +/- 2 grams for optimal engine balance. The ring groove dimensions are 5/64 inch for the top and second rings, and 3/16 inch for the oil ring. A pin offset of 0.06 inches (1.524mm) is also featured.
