HyperGear Turbocharger Service

The HyperGear CT15B is a high-flow service that upgrades your factory OEM CT15B Toyota turbocharger. This comprehensive service includes fitting a brand new core with larger steel compressor and turbine wheels, along with profiling and machining the original compressor housing and upgrading the turbine housing. Available profile options include the G2 (journal or ball bearing, up to 430HP), G3 (ball bearing, up to 470HP), G4 (ball bearing, up to 500HP), and SS2 (billet ball bearing, up to 500HP with external wastegate capability for up to 400rwkws on E85). The service provides options for an upgraded actuator assembly, ball bearing conversion, and a .82 turbine housing. For ball bearing conversions, braided water and oil lines are required for operation, and an inline oil filter is highly recommended. Additional components like oil and water line banjo adapters, an inline oil filter, and a dump pipe are available separately. The service also includes a flapper mod assembly upgrade. Depending on the chosen profile, specific engine setups are recommended. For instance, the G3, G4, and SS2 profiles are best suited for use with aftermarket ECUs and fuel systems, and a high-pressure actuator assembly is highly recommended. The SS2 profile is also recommended for use with an external gate fitted on the rear housing or exhaust manifold.
