The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Kit is a complete centrifugal supercharging system designed to increase power in 2014-2017 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray models. This system includes the i-1 head unit, a high-capacity air-to-air intercooler, and a handheld tuning device with calibration.

The kit features an exclusive billet impeller, a rugged gear case, and a variable ratio transmission to deliver programmable boost. The included bar-and-plate intercooler reduces intake temperatures to prevent detonation, supporting up to 900 flywheel horsepower.

The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Kit is a comprehensive centrifugal forced induction system specifically engineered for 2014-2017 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray models. Built in the USA, this kit utilizes the i-1 head unit, which features a durable variable ratio transmission design and a dry hybrid drive to provide programmable boost delivery. It is designed to accommodate both stock and modified applications, capable of supporting up to 900 flywheel horsepower. Each system includes a high-capacity air-to-air intercooler with a robust bar-and-plate design to effectively lower air intake temperatures and prevent power-robbing detonation. The kit comes with necessary piping, mounting brackets, installation hardware, and an OBDII flash programmer with ProCharger calibration. The head unit features a polished finish and includes an exclusive billet impeller for long-term durability. Installation requires mechanical expertise or professional service, with an estimated completion time of approximately one day. Users must use 91 octane fuel or higher. Note that all engine and exhaust modifications must be disclosed at the time of order, as ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or tune quality on modified vehicles. Additionally, dyno tuning may be required due to OEM computer variability and custom modifications. Vehicles built for export or non-US specifications may require custom tuning or calibrations.
