I-TECH 4-STROKE Complete Cylinder Kit

The Malossi complete cylinder is an I-TECH 4-STROKE cylinder designed for enhanced performance. It features a primary aluminum alloy construction with a hardened and tempered finish, and the cylinder liner is coated with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix for durability. The piston offers a 0.05mm clearance with the cylinder, and the thermal exchange surfaces have been enlarged.

This kit includes the Force Master electronic control unit, which allows for injection adjustments and is pre-programmed with different settings to perfectly match the Malossi thermal group and vehicle configuration. The piston is a compact, three-segment design made from a special low-expansion aluminum alloy with tin coating on the sliding surfaces, and it is lightweight and reinforced. The kit has an increased cubic capacity and a compression ratio of 1:11.7, with a stroke of 57.9mm. It is intended exclusively for competition use.
