iBeam Connecting Rod Kit with Diamond Pistons

This comprehensive kit includes JDY iBeam connecting rods, forged from steel and rated for extreme performance of 275HP per cylinder, utilizing ARP2000 bolts for secure fastening. Optional ARP 625+ bolts are available for even higher demands. Pistons included are from Diamond Racing USA, crafted from a 2618 low-silicon/high-expansion alloy ideal for high HP/boost applications. These pistons feature a round skirt design with a reinforcing band, 3D under-crown and crown milling for weight optimization and strength, oversized valve pockets, window milling, lateral gas ports for improved ring seal, and an offset pin design for quiet operation. A Molly Skirt coating is applied for friction reduction and wear protection, paired with premium 8620 series pins or optional tool steel H-13 alloy wrist pins. This kit also incorporates ARP CA625+ Head Studs, a high-strength super-alloy designed for superior fatigue life, tensile strength, and toughness, ensuring reliable cylinder head clamping under high combustion pressures. These are direct drop-in replacements for OEM studs with no modification required. Additionally, ACL Race connecting rod and crank bearings with an extra coating and bore for the piston pin are included, along with ARP2000 block studs for engines running increased charge pressure. Completing the package is a JDY Billet Crankshaft Seal designed for EA855 EVO engines to prevent oil leakage, featuring a reinforced CFW double lip radial shaft seal and CNC billet parts with titanium seal cover bolts. The product is compatible with DAZA/DNWA engines found in Audi RS3 (8P/8V), TTRS (8J/8S), RS Q3, VW Golf R MK7, SEAT Leon Cupra R, and Skoda Octavia vRS, as well as DJH/DJS engines in Audi RS3 Sportback/Sedan (8V/8V.2) and TTRS (8S).
