ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series shocks are designed and built for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth street ride. They are 100% rebuildable and revalveable. Featuring a unique 'Bump Zone' with a 6061 billet aluminum manifold, these shocks increase damping by 20% to prevent harsh bottom outs. They have a remote reservoir design for improved heat dissipation, premium grade 5WT shock oil, a nitrogen charged monotube design, and a one-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving. Construction includes a 7/8" diameter induction hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft, PTFE lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined components, and a CAD plated, precision machined 1026 DOM steel shock body. Aftermarket upper control arms with high angle ball joint are required for installation.
