Designed for maximum performance and serious drivers, this Stage 5 system for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD increases wheel travel and damping ability, improving vehicle control and ride quality on and off-road. It features CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry, providing a Tremor "conversion." Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs offer 3.5-4.5" of front lift, accommodating larger wheels/tires. This combination provides a 20% increase in wheel travel over other ICON F-150 kits. Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms enhance strength, durability, and alignment adjustability. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks improve damping and heat dissipation. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system makes near-instant adjustments via CDEV at each shock, controllable wirelessly via the IIC app. ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap. Rear ride height is maintained with ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.
