This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5" suspension system is designed to lift 4WD 2023-2025 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks with gasoline engines. It aims to drastically improve ride quality and performance while allowing for the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The Stage 4 system is suitable for various uses including on-road, towing, job site duty, washboard gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road conditions. The system features 4.5" lift dual-rate coil springs optimized for gasoline engines, offering a softer initial rate for on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. It includes fabricated radius arm drop brackets for correcting suspension geometry and ensuring proper wheel alignment, along with a fabricated track bar drop bracket to center the axle and reduce road feedback. An adjustable track bar further refines track alignment and improves handling. The kit also incorporates an ICON dual opposing steering stabilizer kit with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks for improved steering damping. Leaf spring expansion packs provide a 2" rear lift, enhance ride quality and small bump compliance, and reduce axle wrap. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks, with vehicle-specific tuning, deliver superior performance and ride quality, maintaining cooler operating temperatures during extended use. Additional components include fabricated front sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high-quality stainless steel extended brake lines. The components are manufactured using high-quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed processes.
