This injector features corrosion-resistant internals, a compact body for broad fitment, an improved internal flow path, a stronger magnetic circuit, and a replaceable inlet filter.

The Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS fuel injector represents an evolution of the ID1050x, incorporating Dual Slope Matching technology. This advanced method ensures consistent cylinder-to-cylinder fuel flow across both linear and nonlinear operating ranges, particularly at low pulse widths. Engineered for motorsport, the ID1050-XDS is not a modified production component but a purpose-built injector. The compact body design allows for fitment in over 200 applications, accommodating current and future engines that utilize short body injectors. An improved internal flow path boosts output by 5% while maintaining low flow performance, and a stronger magnetic circuit ensures stable operation up to 10 bar of fuel pressure. A replaceable inlet filter further enhances longevity. Basic Specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) with gasoline at 52°C (125°F), a maximum differential fuel pressure of 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi), USCAR electrical connectors, and compatibility with all known fuels. All applications with an asterisk after the part number are incompatible with the stock ECU due to scaling limits.
