ID1050-XDS Fuel Injector

The Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS fuel injector is an evolution of the ID1050x, offering improved performance and wider application range. It incorporates Dual Slope Matching technology, which precisely matches flow rates in both linear and non-linear operating ranges. This advanced matching provides better cylinder-to-cylinder fueling consistency, especially at low pulse widths, which is crucial for modern engines and the increased use of alcohol fuels. Constructed with corrosion-resistant internals, the ID1050-XDS is compatible with all known fuels, ensuring durability and longevity even with aggressive fuel types. Its compact 60mm body design allows for fitment in over 200 applications, accommodating both current and future engines that utilize short body injectors. The injector also features a stronger magnetic circuit for stable operation up to 10 bar and a replaceable inlet filter to extend service life. The electrical connector type is USCAR. Key specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52 degrees C (125 degrees F) and a maximum differential fuel pressure of 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi).
