ID1050x Fuel Injector

The Injector Dynamics ID1050x fuel injector represents an evolution from the previous ID1000 model, now designated as part of the X-Series. This injector incorporates Dual Slope Matching technology, which precisely calibrates the flow rate in both linear and non-linear operating ranges. This advancement results in superior cylinder-to-cylinder consistency, particularly at low pulse widths, ensuring smoother engine operation and optimized fuel delivery. Engineered for versatility, the ID1050x features corrosion-resistant internals, making it compatible with a wide array of fuels, including E85 and other corrosive alternatives. This compatibility extends its service life, even when used with challenging fuel types. The compact body design of the ID1050x enables it to fit in over 200 applications, accommodating both current and future engine designs that utilize shorter body injectors. A stronger magnetic circuit provides stable operation up to 10 bar (145 psi) of fuel pressure, and a replaceable inlet filter helps to extend the injector's service life. Key specifications include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52°C (125°F). The maximum differential fuel pressure is rated at 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi), and the impedance is high. These injectors are designed for Nissan Skyline models including R32 GTST, R32 GTR, R33 GTST, R33 GTR, R34 GTT, and R34 GTR, as well as R35 GTR and VR38 engines.
