Overview

The Standard Ignition AC570 is an Idle Air Control (IAC) valve designed to regulate engine idle speed. It works by opening a bypass circuit to allow extra air around the throttle, increasing idle speed when commanded by the vehicle's computer. This valve is essential for maintaining proper idle operation, contributing to maximum fuel efficiency and engine power.

This replacement IAC valve is suitable for various Saturn models from 2000 to 2004, including the L100, L200, L300, LS, LS1, and LS2. It is specifically designed for engines such as the 2.2L 4-cylinder (VIN code F) and the 3.0L V6 (VIN code R).
