The Beehive IDP Competition Valve Spring Kit is a valvetrain upgrade for the 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engine.

It is recommended for power levels over 600RWHP or with 300/200cc Hybrid injectors and up. The kit includes a valve spring set, valve spring retainers, valve spring locks, and Ford valve seals. The seat pressure is 160 lb ft @ 1.42 in (150psi).

The Beehive IDP Competition Valve Spring Kit provides essential valvetrain upgrades for the 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engine, engineered to manage significant power increases. Factory valve springs are prone to lifting prematurely under high boost conditions, which can compromise engine performance and reliability. It is specifically recommended for applications exceeding 600RWHP or utilizing hybrid injectors of 300/200cc or larger. The kit includes all necessary components for a complete installation: valve springs, retainers, locks, and Ford valve seals. The springs offer a seat pressure of 160 lb ft at 1.42 inches, measured at 150psi, ensuring robust valve control. This is a direct-fit upgrade for the 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke.
