IE 3.0T Cold Air Intake

The Dunno IE Cold Air Intake system is engineered for the Audi B8 & B8.5 S4 and S5 3.0T V6 Supercharged engines, designed to dramatically improve airflow and stabilize induction temperatures. It features a built-in velocity stack and ram-air design, which helps to stabilize airflow and reduce drag for a cleaner charge to the engine. The intake is constructed with a sturdy aluminum pipe to prevent collapsing under high boost, multi-ply silicone couplers for a smooth intake tract, and a durable black powder coat finish on the heat shield, velocity stack, intake pipe, and brackets for a sleek appearance. It is compatible with stock ECUs up to Stage 2 Double Pulley tunes. The system provides an improvement in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range, and is noted for releasing a distinct supercharger whine and engine throttle sound. Optional accessories, such as a carbon fiber lid, are sold separately. This intake is compatible with the IE 3.0T Throttle Body Kit, creating a high-flow transition without requiring modifications or extra adapters. However, it does not fit early model S5 B8 models with 4.2L V8 engines. Installation is straightforward and can typically be completed in 30 minutes or less with basic tools.
