IE 3.0T Overdrive Crank Pulley

The Integrated Engineering Overdrive Crank Pulley Upgrade is designed for 3.0T engines, offering a significant increase in supercharger RPM when paired with an IE upgraded supercharger pulley. This upgrade results in higher boost levels and improved engine performance. The pulley is constructed from lightweight, anodized aluminum and has a diameter of 188mm, compared to the stock 162.25mm. It installs over the stock crank pulley and retains the OEM damper for crankshaft safety. When installed together with an IE Overdrive Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit, the supercharger speed increases by 26%, leading to higher boost and more power. Proper operation also requires a Stage 2 Dual Pulley Tune and a heat exchanger upgrade. Gains will vary based on the ECU tune. This pulley design also removes supercharger torque from the OEM damper, reducing the risk of damper failure. The kit includes the IE Overdrive Crank Pulley, an overdrive serpentine belt, and 8x overdrive crank pulley bolts. It is explicitly stated that an IE Stage 2 Dual Pulley Tune, IE Overdrive Supercharger Pulley (IEBAVJ1A), an air intake (like the IEINCG2 S4 intake), and a heat exchanger upgrade are required for proper operation and are not included.
