IE Boost Cap

The Integrated Engineering IE Boost Cap is a CNC-machined aluminum component designed to address the open port left on the stock intake manifold when installing aftermarket systems like catch cans, PCV delete plates, or billet valve covers on FSI/TSI 2.0T and 2.5L 5-cylinder engines. This boost cap offers a dual functionality: it can completely block off the intake manifold's PCV inlet port or be adapted into a vacuum tap for the installation of boost gauges or engine management systems. It is constructed from aluminum with a black anodized finish for durability and aesthetics. Included with the IE Boost Cap are all necessary hardware to either block the port or convert it into a boost source. This includes an O-ring, securing clip, and a threaded plug/vacuum tap. The cap is specifically engineered to fit all FSI/TSI 2.0T and 2.5L 5-cylinder engines. For road use in California, this part is not currently legal due to emissions compliance. Additionally, it is subject to California's Prop 65 warning regarding potential exposure to chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
