Ignition Coil

This ignition coil features direct coil ignition with a plug connector and has a primary resistance of 0.8 ohms. It is designed as a direct replacement for specific BMW models equipped with M54, S54, and N62 engines. Specific fitment details include BMW E39 525i (M54 2.5L) and 530i (M54 3.0L), E46 325Ci/i/xi (M54 2.5L) and 330Ci/i/xi (M54 3.0L), E53 X5 (M54 3.0L, N62 4.4L, N62 4.8L), E60 525i/530i (M54 2.5L/3.0L), E63/E64 645Ci/650i (N62 4.4L/4.8L), E65/E66 745i/750Li (N62 4.4L/4.8L), E83 X3 (M54 2.5L/3.0L), Z3 M Coupe/Roadster (S54 3.2L), and Z4 2.5i/3.0i (M54 2.5L/3.0L). Crucially, for many of these applications, fitment is dependent on the vehicle's production date. Specifically, for E39, E46, and E53 models with M54 engines, the production date must be from 09/2002 onwards. Similarly, for E60, E63, E64, E65, E66, and Z4 models with M54 engines, the production date must be up to 06/2009. The E53 X5 with N62 engines and the E65/E66 750i/Li with N62 engines also have specific date ranges. For M3, M Coupe, M Roadster, and certain N62/N73 engine variants, it is recommended to use the vehicle selector to confirm exact fitment.
