The Subaru 22060AA061 is a genuine OEM ignition knock (detonation) sensor designed to detect and report engine knock or pinging. A malfunctioning knock sensor can lead to reduced engine efficiency, increased emissions, and potentially subtle symptoms such as engine pinging or an illuminated check engine light. This part is constructed from metal and features a flange mount for secure installation. This knock sensor is specifically designed for Subaru vehicles equipped with H4 - 2.5L engines. It is compatible with a range of models including the Forester, Impreza, Legacy, and Outback from the 1997-1999 model years.
