Ignitor Conversion Kit

The Pertronix Ignitor is an electronic ignition conversion kit designed for Prestolite IBB/IBS Series 8 cylinder distributors. It replaces original mechanical breaker points, offering improved reliability and performance. The module is impervious to dirt, oil, grease, and moisture due to its epoxy molding.

This kit provides a more accurate trigger signal, enhancing timing accuracy and preventing points bounce at higher RPMs. It also improves dwell control for better coil output, resulting in a hotter spark.
