The Pertronix Ignitor DU-181LSP6 is an electronic ignition conversion kit designed for Ducellier Flathead 8-cylinder engines operating on a 6-volt positive ground system. It replaces original mechanical breaker points with a dependable, maintenance-free electronic system. The kit features a Hall Effect integrated circuit triggered by rotating cobalt magnets, eliminating points that can burn and moving parts that wear out. Its epoxy molding protects the module from dirt, oil, grease, and moisture, ensuring stable timing without adjustments.
