IGNITOR II BOSCH 4 CYL

The Pertronix Ignitor II module is an electronic ignition conversion kit designed for easy installation into original distributors. It replaces mechanical breaker points, improving timing accuracy and preventing "points bounce" at higher RPMs. This system offers adaptive dwell control for increased starting voltage and consistent peak energy delivery across the entire RPM range, reducing misfires and enhancing engine performance. It also adjusts spark timing to compensate for electronic delay and synchronizes peak current and spark timing to minimize heat buildup. The Ignitor II senses startup to develop more energy for quicker and easier starts. No additional ignition box is required, maintaining a clean under-hood appearance. It is legal in all 50 states and Canada (C.A.R.B. E.O. #D-57-22) and is recommended to be paired with a Flame Thrower Canister Coil for optimal performance.
