Description

The Pertronix Ignitor II is an electronic ignition conversion kit designed for Prestolite distributors with 8-cylinder engines. It features adaptive dwell control that maintains peak energy throughout the RPM range, reducing misfires and improving engine performance. The Ignitor II develops significantly more available energy and plug voltage at higher RPMs compared to traditional points systems.
