Description

The Allstar Performance oil immersion heater is a 7-1/2 inch long heater element designed to preheat oil in wet sump oil pans or dry sump tanks. It features a 5/8 inch diameter stainless steel sleeve that inserts into the pan or tank and secures with a welded 1/2 inch NPT brass screw-in fitting.

This 120-volt unit has a 250-watt rating and a 12-inch cord. It is not thermostatically controlled and will continue to heat as long as it is plugged in. The immersion heater helps reduce overall warm-up time and improves lubrication during initial start-up.
