IMP POWER STEERING PUMP

The A1 REMFG INC 21-5449 is a remanufactured power steering pump designed to meet or exceed original equipment performance. Original designs are scrutinized for potential improvements, and upgrades are implemented where applicable for enhanced durability. Critical components are tested to ensure proper function, and each unit undergoes a hydraulic efficiency test for reliable, long-lasting performance.

This hydraulic pump features a barb inlet with a 9.8044 mm diameter and a threaded outlet with a 16x1.5 size. It includes a press-on pulley attachment type and a press-on shaft type. The pump is constructed with 100 percent new O-rings and premium-grade HNBR seals to prevent leaks, and its shafts are surfaced to precise specifications to reduce premature seal wear. It is supplied with 100 percent tested and calibrated pressure relief valves, and the final assembly is computer-tested for pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort, and noise.
