The Subaru intake manifold, part number 14001AB970, is a genuine OEM component designed as a direct replacement for specific Subaru Impreza models. This intake manifold is engineered for 2008-2011 Subaru Impreza models, and also fits 2008-2014 Subaru Impreza STI and WRX models. It is intended for vehicles equipped with a turbocharger and the STI trim. This part is also known as the Manifold CP Intake or Intake Manifold. It is a new component, guaranteed to be the correct fit for the specified vehicles. The manufacturer, Subaru, provides a minimum 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on this part, ensuring its reliability and durability. Installation may involve disconnecting various components such as spark plug wires, throttle and cruise control cables, coolant hoses, and electrical connectors. If applicable, drive belts, the power steering pump, alternator, and air conditioning compressor may also need to be removed. Additionally, the PCV hose, vacuum lines, and fuel delivery and return hoses must be disconnected during the removal process.
