The Dobinsons IMS 2.2″ Monotube Struts are engineered for serious off-roaders and overlanders seeking maximum performance and durability. Featuring a 2.2″ (56mm) heavy-duty shock body and an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) monotube design, these struts are built to handle extreme conditions while maintaining consistent damping and comfort. Whether you’re navigating washboard trails, towing, or cruising the highway, the IMS struts deliver smooth control, fade resistance, and long-lasting reliability. Key features include a 2.2″ (56mm) shock body for increased oil volume and cooling efficiency, a monotube IFP design that separates oil and gas for consistent damping, and a high-flow CNC-machined race piston (50mm or 60mm) for superior performance. The construction also boasts a carbon-fiber/PTFE composite wear band to reduce friction and extend life, 3mm thick DOM body tubing honed to tight tolerances for strength, and an adjustable spring seat made from T6 6061 aluminum. This product is specifically designed for the Ford Bronco, model years 2021-2026.
