In-Line Electric Fuel Pump

The Bosch Motorsport 0580464200 is a highly regarded in-line electric fuel pump, often referred to as the '044' pump, widely used in motorsports and tuner applications, including JGTC, Touring cars, and WRC. This pump is capable of delivering 300 LPH free flow and 200 LPH at 5 bar (72.5 PSI), making it suitable for engines producing up to 685 BHP. For comparison, it significantly outperforms pumps like the Walbro GSS341 255, which supports around 390 BHP under similar conditions. The values are typically calculated at 12V, 3 bar base fuel pressure, with 2 bar boost pressure, and a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator ratio. While it can be installed in-tank, this usually requires custom fabrication. For even higher output, feeding the 0580464200 with another pump in series is an option. The pump features an M18x1.5 inlet and an M10 x 1.0 outlet, requires a minimum of 12 Volts and 13 Amps, and is compatible with both gasoline and diesel fuels.
