The Supertech exhaust valve set is constructed from Inconel material with a single groove design for high RPM applications. This set includes 8 valves, designed as a starting point for 1.8T cylinder head builds. They offer superior reliability and heat resistance compared to OEM stainless steel valves.

These valves are a direct replacement for stock valves and are suitable for turbo and nitrous applications. For maximum flow in high-performance builds, +1mm oversize options are available, though they require machine work. The single groove keeper design grips the valve shaft for enhanced security at high RPMs.

The Supertech Inconel exhaust valve set is engineered for demanding 1.8T 20V engine builds, offering a significant upgrade over stock components. The single groove valve keeper design provides a secure grip on the valve shaft, ensuring reliability even at high RPMs. These valves serve as an excellent starting point for any 1.8T cylinder head rebuild, offering superior longevity and performance compared to OEM stainless steel or sodium-filled exhaust valves, which are prone to failure under extreme conditions. The Inconel material's resistance to heat minimizes the risk of valve damage, ensuring consistent performance. For those seeking maximum airflow potential, Supertech also offers these valves in a +1mm oversize option, which requires professional machining to achieve optimal flow characteristics. This valve set is specifically designed to fit a range of Audi and Volkswagen 1.8T 20V models, including various B5 and B6 A4 chassis (1996-2005), TT Mk1 (1998-2007), Mk4 Golf/GTI/GLI (1999.5-2005), and Passat B5 (1998-2005) variants, covering both FWD and Quattro drivetrains. It's important to note that single groove valve keepers are required for installation and are available as a separate add-on. Additionally, a California Proposition 65 warning applies to this product, indicating potential exposure to chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.
