Inconel Exhaust Valves

These valves are constructed from a premium Inconel/Nimonic alloy, a material known for its exceptional heat resistance and durability, which directly contributes to improved engine longevity and reliability. Each valve is one-piece forged and non-magnetic, featuring a magnetic friction-welded wafer hardened to a minimum of 52 HRC. The valve stem undergoes a "Superfinish" process, resulting in a surface roughness approximately one-third that of regular valves, which enhances lubrication and reduces wear. Key specifications include a head diameter of 29.90mm, a length of 103.90mm, and a stem diameter of 5.94mm. This set includes eight exhaust valves. By reducing valve head temperatures, these Supertech valves provide tuners with greater flexibility and a wider range of spark timing advances, allowing for optimized engine performance. The improved material strength and durability also contribute to the overall robustness of the valvetrain under demanding conditions. These valves are designed to be a direct replacement for specific Audi and Volkswagen 1.8T 5-valve-per-cylinder engines, including the 1999–2005 Audi TT Quattro, 1997–2005 Volkswagen Passat, and 1998-present Volkswagen Golf, Jetta, and New Beetle models.
