The DECAlink™ Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) offers Detroit Speed's exclusive suspension geometry for superior handling and ride quality. It uses modern CV axle shafts and hub bearings to prevent suspension loads from being transmitted through the axles. This kit is compatible with an original 17-spline differential or a Hammerhead 12-bolt differential. No body modifications are required for 1968-79 models, and the suspension is offset inboard for increased tire clearance. All suspension link lengths are adjustable, with adjustments for rear anti-squat geometry and roll center height. Suspension points are hard-mounted to eliminate deflection from stock rubber mounts.
