The Cold Air Inductions 501-1099 is a cold air intake system designed to upgrade the performance of select Chevrolet Camaro models. It features an insulated aluminum air box, a black powder-coated or textured black intake tube made of aluminum, and a red, oiled cotton gauze air filter.

The Cold Air Inductions 501-1099-10-MB cold air intake system is engineered to enhance the performance of 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro models equipped with a 6.2L V8 engine and either a Magnuson or Whipple Supercharger. This dyno-proven upgrade replaces the stock air box with a thermally coated, textured black powder-coated aluminum intake tube and a sealed aluminum air box. This design maximizes airflow and minimizes heat soak, drawing in cooler, denser outside air for increased engine efficiency and power. The system utilizes a reusable, high-flow oiled cotton-gauze air filter (CF-8400) that captures particles as small as 5 microns, offering excellent filtration and long-term engine protection. A clear inspection window allows for easy filter checks without needing to disassemble the intake. Installation is straightforward, designed as a bolt-on application that can typically be completed in under an hour with basic hand tools. The system requires no tuning for installation and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. It is proudly designed, engineered, and built in the USA.
