The Cold Air Inductions 501-1099-10 cold air intake system is specifically engineered for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro models equipped with a 6.2L V8 engine and either a Magnuson or Whipple supercharger. Constructed with a durable, textured black powder-coated aluminum intake tube and a sealed aluminum air box, the system is built to minimize heat soak by drawing in cooler, denser outside air. It utilizes a high-flow, reusable oiled cotton-gauze air filter (CF-8400) that captures particles down to 5 microns, ensuring effective filtration and long-term engine protection. A clear inspection window is integrated for easy filter assessment without needing to disassemble the intake. The system is proudly manufactured in the USA and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for reliability. However, it's important to note that this product is not CARB compliant and is not legal for sale or use in California or any state with similar emission standards. It is also not street-legal in all 50 states.
