Description

The Industrial Injection Premium Stock Plus Cylinder Head features new performance stainless steel valves, high-strength alloy valve guides, and upgraded 150lb valve springs. It undergoes a rigorous build process including jet washing, glass beading, magnafluxing/pressure testing, visual inspection, installation of new heat-treated iron-based valve guides (Rockwell 22 "C" Scale with spiral groove for lubrication), diamond honing of guides, multi-angle valve job using a Serdi 100 machine, surface milling with a Berco milling machine to control surface finish, and final assembly with new valve seals and performance valve springs. This cylinder head is designed for Dodge Ram (1989-1998) 5.9L 12V Cummins engines.
