The AEM Infinity-8 Stand-Alone Programmable Engine Management System (EMS) is engineered for enthusiasts seeking ultimate control over their vehicle's engine. This universal EMS provides maximum flexibility, allowing for substantial horsepower gains when paired with a compatible vehicle and a professional tuner, bypassing the limitations of stock ECUs. This system boasts an extensive array of features, including 8 peak and hold injector drivers, 8 (0-5V) ignition outputs, 3 analog temperature outputs, 11 analog voltage outputs, and 7 digital inputs. It also supports 4 VR/Mag differential pair inputs, 12 configurable outputs, variable cam control, dual internal wideband controllers, and 2 H-Bridge drivers for drive-by-wire systems. Powered by a 32-bit, 200MHz auxiliary microprocessor, the Infinity-8 ensures rapid processing for complex tuning strategies. The ECU enclosure is fully sealed with IP67-spec connectors, and it is compatible with most factory and performance aftermarket sensors. Advanced features include Flex Fuel compensation, No-Lift Shift, advanced timing functions, 4-stage nitrous control, and programmable 2-step launch control. It is important to note that a plug-and-play harness is required for installation and is sold separately.
