Injector Dynamics 1050XDS Fuel Injector Set

The Injector Dynamics 1050XDS Injectors are a set of four high-performance motorsport fuel injectors, building on the legacy of the ID1000 and introducing the latest X-Series advancements. These injectors are a product of a collaboration between Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport, incorporating lessons learned from the development of the ID1300x and ID1700x models. Unlike modified production components, the ID1050x is engineered to precise motorsport specifications, optimizing critical operating parameters for tuners. Key enhancements include corrosion-resistant internals, ensuring compatibility with all known fuels and providing extended service life even with aggressive fuel types. The injectors feature a compact body design, enabling fitment in over 200 applications, including those that utilize short-body injectors. An improved internal flow path boosts fuel flow by 5% without compromising low-flow accuracy, while a strengthened magnetic circuit guarantees stable operation at pressures up to 10 bar. A replaceable inlet filter is included to prolong the injector's service life. Basic specifications for the ID1050x include a nominal flow rate of 1065cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52 degrees C (125 degrees F), with a maximum differential fuel pressure of 10.0 Bar (145.0 psi). These injectors utilize an EV6 style plug. It is important to note that these injectors are REMOTE TUNE ONLY, and specific tuning files (like a 1.0 file) are not available. Adapter harnesses for LSJ applications are available separately. This set is designed to fit the 2005-2007 Cobalt SS 2.0 LSJ, the 2004-2007 Saturn Ion Redline 2.0 LSJ, and the Cobalt SS 2.4.
