The Injector Dynamics ID1000 is a set of eight fuel injectors designed for Mustang GT applications. These injectors were the first to offer full dynamic characterization and dead time matched sets. They feature a high impedance design for stock idle and drivability and include a "Top Hat Adapter" for plug-and-play installation. The nominal flow rate is 1015cc/min at 3.0 Bar, with a maximum differential fuel pressure of 7.0 Bar.

The Injector Dynamics ID1000 fuel injectors are sold as a set of eight, specifically designed for Mustang GT applications. They represent a pioneering product in the motorsport community, being the first injector offered with full dynamic characterization, providing tuners with essential data. The ID1000 also pioneered dead time matched sets and was the first high impedance, high flow injector capable of providing stock idle and drivability on engines as small as 325cc per cylinder. Constructed with innovative features, these injectors are known for their versatility and performance. They boast a nominal volumetric flow rate of 1015cc/min at 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) using gasoline at 52°C (125°F) and can handle a maximum differential fuel pressure of 7.0 Bar (101.5 psi). They are compatible with all known fuels and utilize a USCAR electrical connector. These injectors are highlighted as being excellent for the 2011 and newer Ford Mustang GT 5.0L V8. Plug and play tuner data is available for many popular applications. The design includes the "Top Hat Adapter," making them plug-and-play in nearly any application. The ID1000 has set the standard for fuel injector performance, finding use in a wide range of vehicles from high power daily drivers to record-setting race cars.
