Flow-enhanced exchange 24-valve ISB fuel injectors supporting 50hp up to 200hp. New nozzle design with the highest degree of accuracy and EDM machined orifices which are de-burred by an abrasive extrusion process enhances both fuel flow and atomization. This calibrated fuel injector kit includes a metered turbocharger waste gate orifice that increases turbo boost for the correct air fuel ratio and significant power gains of 20-40 rear wheel horsepower, depending on the application. For high-performance and race applications, X-Pulse injectors are available with an extra hole in the nozzle for increased fuel delivery (30-50 rear wheel horsepower), and XXX-Pulse injectors (60-90 rear wheel horsepower) are also offered.
